Surface Treatment Technology
At SolidLine, we understand the importance of surface treatment for extruded aluminum products used in our framing and windows. This critical step prevents color changes and surface corrosion, ensuring longevity and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our products.
Utilizing the latest Japanese technology for our surface treatment, our products are anodized and tinted with Nickel to ensure the quality of the color and shine of the products.
The additional ED topcoat allows us to achieve the highest level of quality by protecting the surface against corrosion and color fading.
All alloys are imported - no recycled aluminum scraps.

1 KIJI | Mill Finished
The aluminum is kept in its original state after extrusion, with no surface treatment. Can be powder coated.

2 NOMI | Anodized
After extrusion, the aluminum is anodized with the aluminum oxide process and tinted using Nickel.

3 ED | Electrophoretic Deposition
After being anodized and tinted, the aluminum is coated by a protective layer of Electrophoretic deposition (ED) paint application: Clear or Glossy.
